Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days from the date of purchase. Returns are only accepted for unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Certain items such as perishables, intimate goods, hazardous materials, or flammable substances are non-returnable. Do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.
Refunds & Partial Refunds
Refunds are issued only for approved returns. Partial refunds apply if:

Items are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer error.
If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For missing refunds:

Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Replacements are offered only for defective or damaged items. Email support@dot7.in for assistance and the return address.
Shipping Returns
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted. Consider using trackable shipping or insurance for high-value items.
Cancellation Policy

Same-Day Cancellations: Allowed if requested before order processing begins.

Post-Shipment Cancellations: Not possible. If forced, shipping & RTO charges will be deducted from the refund.
Product Condition & Functionality Check

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

If an item is claimed to be defective but is found functional, it will be returned without replacement or refund.
No Change-of-Mind Returns
As we develop single, refined product variants based on customer feedback, returns due to personal preference are not accepted.
Incorrect Product Returns
Returning the wrong product voids eligibility for refunds or replacements. Ensure the correct item is sent.
